I spent about an hour recovering passwords and user names for RLozonne.COM(had the customer number),cool I’m good for another year, site looks the same.
I just thought, do I have that info? DUUH!
Open ACT! Contacts/IT Solutions, done, all the info was there. I did enter the new password info into my Database after I saw my screw up.Basically,I just forgot to look at my Database, hence the title of this email.
Remember, ALLYOUR DATA,BELONG TO US!!!!
The point is, if you have a Database, Use It!
